Brisbane Valley Rail Trail – Moore to not quite Yarraman

We had a week off work, so decided to head to Gympie to check out the trails and the Noosa Trail Network. This went to plan until on Wednesday it started to rain. The Humpridge track is located down the very south of New Zealand’s South Island in the Fiordland National Park, 80km west of Invercargill.  It is 56km long hike and goes over the Hump Ridge, over 800 meters above sea level.  The views are amazing….or so the pictures we saw before we went alluded to!
